“Loser” was released by Tame Impala almost exactly a year ago. It got a few award nominations and had a video that starred Joe Keery and a cameo from Beck. Then the song… kinda just faded away.

The song was featured in ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’. The movie, which has grossed more than 2 billion dollars, brought Loser to a whole new level. The song officially reached #1 on the Global Spotify chart for the first time, earning 3.76 million streams a day at its peak.
If Marvel ever calls you to ask if they can use your song in a movie, always say yes.
